In today's "Day and age" of internet and mobile phones it is a foregone conclusion that the young women of today will judge themselves against what they see on the screen in front of them. Instant filters on cell phone apps will turn even a marginal photo of a peer into a raving beauty. These images come across their screens many times a day. For most young women, this can make them feel as if they are not pretty enough, don't have the curves in the right places and simply cannot compete.

Personally, ages 14 and 15 were particularly hard years.
